One of our first Perlamor daughters CC Edina Pearl (LM Perlamor x Abha Elisha) now belonging to Manuela of Shalimar Arabians, Germany. Edina, one of her favorite and best mares, had a beautiful foal by Aja Justified that is already beginning to stand out in the show world.
The foal is called Juss Perlito and has won his classes in the shows he has attended, winning the bronze medal with 90.67 points in the international B.

IFFAT ALQAMAR MEDALLA DE PLATA EN EL PRIMER SHOW DE ESPAÑA
Hace pocos días se ha hecho el primer concurso del 2011 en España, en Zafra (Badajoz).Iffat Alqamar (L.M. Perlamor x Abha Gizeh) , propiedad de la yeguada De La Rua, ha empezado muy bien la temporada y ha ganado la medalla de plata de potros. Iffat Alqamar está cada día más bonito y seguramente será un magnífico reproductor como su hermano propio, cc Dahab Pearl, que ahora se encuentra en Marruecos.
Otro producto de L.M. Perlamor ha despuntado ganando la medalla de oro junior, la potra Sierra Nevada de la Rua, que tambien ha ganado el premio a la mejor cabeza y a la más alta puntuación.
Empezamos el año muy bien!!!

A few days ago the first show in spain of the year 2011 was held in Zafra (Badajoz)Iffat Alqamar (L.M. Perlamor x Abha Gizeh), owned by the stud farm De La Rua, began well his 2011 show year by winning the silver medal forfoals. Iffat Alqamar who is becoming more handsome every day and will be a great reproducer as is already his full brother, CC Dahab Pearl, who isat present in Morocco.
Another get of L.M. Perlamor who also excelled in the show by winning the junior gold medal, is the filly Sierra Nevada de la Rua. She also won first prize for the best head and for the highest points obtained during the show.

We had a very interesting visit this month from the american judge Jim Porchern and Shanen Yates and her daughter Ruby. The flew over from the states to visit stud farms in spain breeding pure spanish line arabs.Their visit included a tour of some of the stud farms in Catalonia.
As an extra they tried and enjoyed Catalonia's famous "tortilla" and "pan con tomate"

Un pais muy bonito que está empezando a recuperarse con una historia y una arqueología maravillosa. En las fotos Las Ruinas de Sabratha, Libia, son Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, se trata de unas ruínas de origen fenicio, aunque con posterioridad fue ocupada por griegos y romanos.

I have done a trip to Lybia (Tripoli) to judge the 6th International arabian show with Claudia Darius, Christine Chazel, Anne Stojanowska and Omar Khatib with the organizer Mohamed Machmoum. A very nice country that is starting recovering with a history and a wonderful archaeology. In the photos Sabratha's Ruins, Lybia, are A Patrimony of the Humanity for the UNESCO, it is a question of a few ruínas of Phoenician origin, though with posteriority it was occupied by Greeks and Romans. |
